Anywhere local for vent covers?

[I'm installing some fans in my hood and was wanting to cover the intake holes on the top of my hood with plastic vent covers.

Does anyone know where I could find these locally? The fans are 4x4 IceCap (thanks Jedi Hill). I was wanting to keep the hole to roughly that and not much bigger.

Any help is appreciated. If not locally then mail order/internet is fine as well.
