180 gallon ?s on setting up

ok as many know i bought the 180gallon online and i was wondering and wanted your input on either a internal or external return pump and what brand i want something thats doesnt consume up alot of electric and that doesnt put out alot of heat and i was thinking about going with a 75 gallon sump im planning on just doing it a fowlr for now and maybe later on down the line a reef so i want to know your input on how i should go about setting it up thanks
 
I just put a Dart Hybrid on my 180 and it's the best thing I ever did. It runs everything. I was able to remove several pumps and now my chiller runs about half as much. Great pump and nice and quiet too.

I run the hybrid dart and I love it. It runs everything both media reactors, my biopellets reactor and my chiller and still has plenty of push so much I have to throttle it down still.
