Well I am sad to have to write this but maybe it will help others who are trying to treat flat worms.
My plan:
Mix 1/2 Teaspoon in 240 mL of RO/DI water, dose at 1 mL/gallon.
Have 25% water change on standby.
Have fresh activated carbon on standby.
Siphon as many flatworms out as I could before...
