What do you feed your Anemones?

Looking for possible grocery store way to feed anemone...looking econimics as usual?

Shrimp, silversides, mysis, etc. Meaty is good!

I buy frozen, raw shrimp from the grocery store. Once a week, I take 1 shrimp and soak it in a small plastic cup with some tank water and several drops of Kent's Zoa for at least 30 minutes. I feed each BTA about a 1/4" chunk and dispose of the rest.

I find it much easier to feed them about 15 minutes after the fish. It gives the fish and inverts time to fill up, making them slightly less prone to stealing the food....except my peppermint shrimp..they never seem full!

That sounds like my cleaner shrimp. They will pull a silverside right out of my RBTA if I'm not there to keep them away.

I feed mine frozen silversides and frozen krill. I just get them from petsmart.
