Violent tendencies, my yellow tang.

I added a pair of gold banded maroon clowns, and as soon as I did, my yellow tang started trying to slap at the clowns with the spine in his tail fin.
The clowns have been good citizens and dont provoke him, and this has been going on now for 3 weeks. No one has been injured, but its only a matter of time. Is there any way I can help get the tang to chill out?

Short of taking the tang out, rearranging the rockwork and then reintroducing it later to break up the territorial attitude, I don't have any other suggestions.
