Turnover rates for full sps system?

What's the recommended flow rate for a full sps system?

For a 15g system?
Wanting to see if I have to much or to little of flow

With sps its almost never too much. I would say min is 5 times water amount.

most places I've read say 10-15x turnover per hour in reef tanks. i have almost 15x, and could probably benefit from a bit more. but for a 15g tank, 15-20x (225-300gph) should be easy.

35-50x turnover. I've seen 80-100x produce great results too.

When I had my 40 breeder setup with SPS a long time ago I had 25x The flow was extremely high on the surface.

Guppy Breeder, how did you come up with 93 times turnover? What is the total gallons per hour moving through your pumps?

My return pump is 409 gph at 6in height and the other is a jeabo rw4 set at max speed and according to the booklet is 1000gph so together that 1400 gph divided by 15 is 93.33x or am I off?

Isn't turn over just about your return pump? I always thought it was about the water going through your sump. Not about overall flow.
