Total Newb question about MH

If you put in a proper bulb would you be able to use it over a reef aquarium? I like my T5's, so I won't be replacing my lights, but I thought these might be good for a future larger tank.

looks like a great buy- but - getting 277 volts single phase in a house may be a problem

Yeah, I realized the voltage after I posted. But, there are always MH like that on ebay that are the proper voltage. I was wondering if they would work for a reef aquarium.

buy it now price was only $10!!!! those are heat factories if i'm not mistaken. They look like Gym lights.
