The difference is dramatic

[I ventured out to another of our LFS's today. My first experience was with DNA. I was truly impressed with the look of the store but, everytime I asked a question I was told what I wanted to do would not work and I should scrap my ideas and start over.

Then I found this message board and my saltwater salvation.

Today I went to Aquarium Servies :D

The difference in service was so dramatic I almost fell over. Federico took the time to listen to what I was trying to do and gave me a complete tour of the store. He encouraged me to keep going and then when I left he invited me to the meeting.

[I have to agree 100%, I also went to Aquarium Services about a two weeks ago and they treated me like if I was the only customer in the store. Fedrico was never to busy or pushy trying to make a sale. Great Service...!]
 
[They are located east of 635 around the corner of Miller RD and S. Plano RD. thier address is 10719 Plano Rd Suite 400.
Look for the Mini Van with the banner on it.
