I got this little ruby red anemone when I was in New York a few months ago. It's super sticky, and is ready to devour food instantly. It is from colder waters, but the guys at the Long Island Aquarium not only acclimated it to adapt to our warmer water, but ended up with a couple hundred of them in their breeding systems behind the scenes. I know there are four of these in the DFW area now, as I have one, Bobby has one and Drew has two. Hopefully we will be able to share these little guys as they split.
Mine hasn't moved since I got it, nor split. It's in my frag tank where I feed the suncorals and acans.
