Could be a type of valida like a garf bonsai. But from that pic I don't see it as a garf usually garf don't face that many polyps on the stalks and they are more uniform

Also looks like coral is damaged might look for aefw or red bugs

it is damaged, but it is damaged from taking down a three your old system where everything was encrusted, not from red bugs, i just set it there for a pic.
