So you want a Featherstar???

Feather Stars are some of the most difficult animal's to try to keep alive in our tanks. They are really picky on what they will eat and a lot of food's are not the right size for them. If someone is trying to sell you one of these you may want to ask why they are not maintaining one of these in their own tank's. Here's more info on these beautiful critters. http://www.reefs.org/library/aquarium_net/1296/1296_9.html

Cheers,

Nice post. It's a shame that are hard to keep, but I guess I shouldnt be too surprised that they are.

Yeah, I really wanted one when I first got in the hobby but decided against it after reading up on them. In Bill's recent post about them he says there are a couple locals who've kept them for years - is it anyone on this forum? If so, it'd be great to hear some tips on what all's involved in keeping them successfully.
