Sherman rose bubble tip anemone

I got one a while back and it was thing great well yesterday before work it had moved from where it was at for the last couple months to under a rock in the back. Today when I got up it was bouncing around the tank looking real bad and about died. It there something I can do to help it. I put it in a breeding net. I'll post a pic

Me I would chuck it I wouldn't want to nuke my tank.

If you keep it have carbon and wc water ready to go
