Self contained LED array unit

Anywhere one know where to purchase Epi-star 20W Module LEDs self contained arrays? Guy on Ebay has then for $70.00 but I have no clue who he is or how he would back up a warranty.

I can help you build one for cheap... In fact I have a 20w uv led with a driver. You could also get a 20w 50/50 rb and white single chip. I have 5 extra drivers for the 20w single chips.
