We are seeking volunteers for 2023 Reef-A-Palooza Texas October 6-8th to help club get discounted table. Based on last year, we expect this year:
  • Friday October 6th pack tote bags with magazines, t-shirts, loot and swag
    • noon-4pm
  • Saturday Oct 7th line management (wristbands, scanning tickets) and light security as RAP specifies
    • 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm (2 shifts, some people do both shifts)
  • Sunday Oct 8th line management (wristbands, scanning tickets) and light security as RAP specifies
    • 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm (2 shifts, some people do both shifts)

As it gets closer this will be updated with more info and we will get more organized (refer last year thread, link above).

Unfortunately, RAP will not be providing RAP volunteers with t-shirts, but this is your opportunity to earn a free club DFWMAS t-shirt!
