I have been receiving emails from Salgado with livestock listings and prices. I had purchased some livestock when they had a retail store in Plano and was happy with my purchases.

Long story, short. I placed an order 8/28 paying extra for UPS delivery (I live in DFW metroplex) and received a confirmation email the same day. To date, no livestock delivered and no communication. I have tried emails and voicemails to inquire about status. None have been returned.

I started getting them too about a week ago. Some good prices, though they usually had good prices. There was a club meeting at what I assumed was their new store location back in Jan/Feb time frame. I was surprised when the email stated you couldn't pickup your fish locally because they didn't have a store front. Not sure what is going on. I would love for a LFS to open locally that has good prices on fish. It seems a lot of them have gotten so expensive I can almost order them online cheaper even with shipping charges and get a better selection. Honestly my last several fish purchases have been from Petco. They had yellow belly blue tangs 2 weeks ago for $50, all the LFS seem to be close to $200 for them.
 
Salgado Aquatics (2023 Plano) and Salgado Exotics (Jan or Feb mtg, east side metroplex) are two different owners, unrelated except socially. I haven't kept up with either (or much of anything) given my mom's failing health. Took my mom to see surgeon last week, and October may finally be the brain surgery for shunt to relieve pressure. Hoping to be back in the swing of things sooner than later, on the other side of her healing from surgery.
