RO production?

My latest batch of RO water today took 4 hours to make 6 gallons. I know that when it gets cold the production goes down but I am concerned that it is too slow for a 75 gallon/day membrane. The water to waste ratio 1:4, TDS after the membrane is 001 - 004.
 
How old is the ro membrane?
