Anyone ever heard of making ric's split chemically? I heard using magnesium in a turkey baster and applied to the rics would cause them to split....
 
Well there is the non chemical way of slicing them with a razor blade/knife/scapel, [smilie=rofl.gif] never heard of the "chemical way before.

I have never heard of it. I do know that Rics do not like allot of skewed tank parms but you should try it out and let us know. Hopefully it will not melt on you. If the Magesium changes the ALk drastically, you will probably end up with Ric soup. Keep us posted and post pictures as you try the experiment.
