Reusing Live Rock

I recently moved from VA to TX with my 220g reef. Due to my new position,I have not had the opportunity to set up my aquarium. What steps do I need to take to reuse my live rock? It has been sitting in a brute trash can, and many Home Depot buckets for about two months. All of it in saltwater, Lids on, no temp control, and no flow..

I think that I would stick it in your tank with some flow, and give it plenty of time to cycle.
 
Full? I don't know! There likely are some. That will be food for the new tank. If it shows to be more than you want at some point, snails, and crabs eat algae, and skimmers, gfo, chaetomorpha, and algae turf scrubbers lower nutrient levels.
