Regal Tang With ich

Hello All,
Hope everyone is going well. I am 2 months into the hobby and could use some advise. I have a very small regal tang ~1.25" long. It appears that it may have ich, all over it's body. The tang is acting health and eating well. What are the steps I should be tanking to solve this problem?

Current setup is 150 gallon tank with several small coral frags.

I would just keep hands out of the tank and keep a lot of algae in there for him to eat. I have never treated my tangs for ich they all usually get it at first and will go away over they next week if he is not stressed out. Just make sure he has algae to eat at all times.
