Reef led 90 help

Reef Led 90 power supply problem !?
Can someone confirm it’s the power supply 
the light starts briefly and then shuts off , at the same time the status light for the power supply shuts off when the light turns on and turns back on after the light is shut off .

They had an issue with some units having the power supply overheat. I would contact Red Sea.
