Hey guys,

I started this hobby just early this year around late feb 2012. After 4 months or so i have decided to share my experience and how much ive enjoyed this hobby.

Equipment

tank: Fluval edge 6 gal
filtration: fluval edge pump with chemipure elite and polyfiber to catch particles.
flow: biocube 250 aimed at the opening so theres some gas exchange
dosing: none just wc every sunday
5 lbs of lr and 10lbs or live sand
lights; 2 lamps with 2x 10 watt power compacts 50/50
2 strips of blue leds 12 w each

After cycling the tank for about 2 weeks or so i added my first inhabitants 2 clowns

i must say this is the best hobby i have found so far. im enjoying it very much and already set up another tank which is cycling

Nice edge, too bad the nano section of this club gets no love. You should post it on RC, they have a thread dedicated to edges.
 
Yeah I'd love to see it change too, just don't think the nano tanks are taken as seriously. I wanted to get some feed back on my tank but since I started the build log its been viewed over a hundred times without one comment or advice.
 
Bleached? Its doing well I believe. Maybe cause that was when I first put it in the tank or maybe just my lousy blackberry cam..

everythings getting so big now! i need to start trimming soon! goni has been extremely huge the last couple weeks! :)
 
very nice i am in the process of setting up a 5 gallon custom. My plan is to do all SPS and few softies and a yellow mantis shrimp.
 
lights are just 2 pc 10 watt 50/50 from reef sun that i put into lamps and hat them sit above the tank. good lucky chubble. i recently took this down and upgraded to a much larger tank rip :(
