Questions for A Newbie

My 40 gallon FOWLR set up is running great and well established. I have been looking into buying a Bubble tip Anemone and had some questions about compatibility. I plan on having A Bicolor Dwarf Angel, 2 Cinnamon Clownfish, a Firefish, a sandsifting goby, 3 peppermint shrimp, 2 Nassarius Snails, and a Turbo Snail. Would a Bubble tip be compatible with these? If not I would appreciate other suggestions. Thanks! [smilie=rofl.gif]
 
Can you define "Well Established", most people usually say 6 months for an anemone.

In regards to compatibility, there isn't anything there that would eat it, but could a firefish be stupid and dart into it... maybe. More importantly then the livestock you have listed is your lights. Treat an anemone as a piece of SPS; they need lots of light and great water quality.
