Q: Hood Fans?

Hi -

I am preparing to re-design/re-implement my hood. I went to go search for fans for use in my new hood design and realized that Ice Cap doesn't make fans anymore? So what is everyone else using these days (can you tell it has been a while)?

I'm using a couple of computer case fans I bought at Fry's, along with a 110 to 12v converter. They're quiet, cheap, and seem to move a lot of air.
 
I second the post on PC fans. I bought 4 pack of 12" fans for $20 at fry's. Dug around my old equipment for a 12v DC converter - have several from old phones / etc... Need about ~150mA per fan....I used 2 500mA converters. Cut off the tip...wired them up...and npth my tanks have both good airflow and no noise.

Be careful you do not buy ones with LED's.
