Powerhead/pump advice - Small circulating pump needed

[I'm starting a 10 gallon reef tank and need some advice on water circulation. I tried re-using an old powerhead to help push around the water (planning ahead for the corals), but.... It was like watching a hurricane hit the tank (WAY too much pressure against the sand.)

So... I need to replace it. I'm assuming something in the 70-100 gph range, but that's just a guess.

Advice?]

[I agree. I've got a 20 gal that started out to be a chaeto tank and now its turning into a nano/grow-out tank, which means yep, I've already got another 20 gal out to set up for the chaeto tank.

I was using a Rio 600 from a CPR bakpak to turn the water but decided to just use the CPR bakpak as the skimmer/powerhead.
Seems to be working well. Things are growing well. And I do get some skim as I have to feed the hermits and some of the corals...]
