Poisoned Fish Tank?

So I'm new to the hobby and have had my 210g tank set-up for about 3 months.

Last Monday, I lost my foxface (which was bummer as he was a really cool fish). I checked all of my levels and everything looked good. The next day I lost my yellow tang. Again, I checked my levels and even took a water sample to a local store to test. All came back as fine. By Friday I had lost all of my live stock (except for my janitors). I have a few pieces of coral in the tank (zoes/hammer/acan/mushrooms) and all are doing fine and showing no signs of distress.

So here's my question, is it possible the Foxface released it's poison into the tank upon his death or during removal? Would that be enough to kill all of the fish in a 210g tank? Also, is there any way to test the water for toxic agents?

I did a 35g water change today and plan on letting it sit for a week or two before moving forward. Would appreciate any thoughts or feedback.

Thanks!
