If you have basic needs, you can just use the defaults for lights, pumps, etc. What are you trying to do? I based a lot of my settings on http://kenargo.com/apexProgram/index.php
I had very basic needs when setting mine up. This site was very helpful. Look about half way down and on the right under tools. Lots of good info and a very handy download for setting up dosing pumps. Helped me a lot. http://www.reeftronics.net/
