Mounting Bracket for ecotech marine radion

Guys , i'm going nuts looking for a Mounting Bracket for ecotech marine radion 30W . and i'm not going to Custom make one cuz i dont want something ugly hanging over my Tank . so we go spend 2K for an LED and we cant find anything to mount them unless we have a Celing ? well my Celing is 20 Feet Tale and its not an Option . and also i cant mount anything behind the Tank cuz its flushed into the wall so i only have 2 options . 1- the wall Behind the Tank . i have Studs and i can mount anything there . 2- a nice Hood that i can just put on top of the Tank .

my Tank is 48X24X24 .

any help will be great .

Have you gone to HD or Lowes and looked in the shelving section? I imagine there is some sort of shelf support or L bracket you could rig up.

I did . But it won't look nice . It is one of the option im considering . But it's the last option . There got to be something look nice out there .

I hung my leds over my tank with some 1/2 conduit from the corner up and then some 45 pieces painted it all black and it looks nice I feel your pain it is a bit of a bummer trying to figure it all out you might look at some build logs Im sure others have had this problem also, best of luck to you
 
You could make a nice mounting bracket with the aluminum "L" shaped metal they sell. After doign that you can hang them from 2 3/4" conduits that you bend at a 45 deg angle. Thats how I hung my ATI fixture.


I still need to paint it black and Im going to cut 6" off the bottom and lower it.

bimmerzs Idea so far is the best . much better option than the Conduits . I think one of their options will look good and work perfect . WOW . they have very good product . thank you very much . [smilie=clapping.gif] [smilie=clapping.gif]

Thanks Dave. But they require low ceiling. Which i don’t have.

thanks Deanb . first of all you just saved me $800 . why ? well . i didnt see this Video . which triggered me to call Marine depot and ask them about the best way to mount this . well, long story short . i found out
1- that i can use only 2 for my tank not 3 .
2- it did give me the idea that i can mount it inside my Conapy . which is what i'm gonna do .
