LED City par38 bulbs

I've been trying to get some info on LED city's bulbs and if anyone heard of someone using them on reef systems. They are located on 35 just north of 635 and when I was there I saw these bulbs

18watt bulbs do not the 21watt PAR38 you see on marine sites but only $60. Was thinking for the price could I get 2 for each normal 21 watt and be better off?

Per their info they are 6500k too yellow for a reef tank maybe be good to grow macro algae

Keep in mind that it would be a $60 refugium bulb. [smilie=smile.gif]
