Ive had my pair of pipefish for over a month now in my high ligth flow sps tank.
I think they are doing well, picking off the rock (no mandarins or anything for competition). They seem to eat my frozen food when i remember to feed it. I dont target feed them and they seem to be fine with chromis, false perc, basslet as tank mates. They have colored up and seem to do the mating dance every now and then.
I have a Tunze on 30 secson/off and a sea swirl for my return pump, pretty decent flow.
This is in a 90 gallon, ill try to get some pics sometime.
