Is this a ricordea of some sort?

Also, I had a NEM get caught in a powerhead and most of it was ground up. This appeared the very next day. Can that happen?

NEM is now M.I.A....
 
Looks like a ricordea to me. What type of nem got eaten by powerhead? Maybe some of it survived and that's it. I think, honestly you'll have to watch it to see what it grows up to look more like.
 
Sad to say but it was an RBTA. Very beauitful too.

Some of it made it, mostly the base. It has went into hiding somewhere I can't see. I am hopeing it's still alive and one day come out again.

It's going to be interesting to see what this eventually is.
