Anyone have any experience? Mine broke when I opened it up today to rinse it out. The long white piece broke in two, also one of the two supports along the top snapped off. All I did was open it up!!! Of course the powerhead isn't the easiest to open to clean..

I emailed them but since the majority of the site is in Italian how likely is it that they can help me out? Is there a company base in the US?
 
Same thing happened to mine, they replaced the plastic shaft with a metal one, don't know if the base can be repaired though since it's the housing for the entire PH.

The way you turn the cover to close it is a little tricky, follow the notches on the side of each piece, it connects matching those notches. Otherwise it will break pretty easily.

Emailed them and they sent me a new ceramic (now stainless steel) shaft and nose cone. The nose cone isn't broken, its on the base, but I don't care as long as it will still work with a new shaft.

They mailed it really fast too, wasn't expecting to get anything for a while.
