How to know when to change filter?

I have a BRS 5 stage plus unit with the 150 gpd upgrade, running since November. The pressure has dropped from around 80psi to 70 psi now and the sediment filter is pretty orangish. The TDS is still ready zero and my DI resin appears to be about half way exhausted. So my question is, when should I start thinking of ordering filters.

Thanks guys and gals,
Billy

Some people change the prefilter a when it gets dirty, some when the tds stops reading 0. I change all my filters every 6 months ....... Measure the tds going into the ro/di if it is really bad you will be changing filters more often

We have fairly good water in Weatherford, but I replace my sediment filter when pressure drops to 60 PSI. I replace the others when I see 4-5 TDS heading into the DI resin. And I replace the DI when 80% of the column is brown or if I see anything other than 0 on its effluent.
