[I cant find anyone that sales a stand for a 46 gal bow front, so I want to build one myself. Could someone pleas help me. Thank you for your time and effort.
[Stand or hood? I have a very nice oceanic stand on my 46.
Haven't found a canopy that works yet. The oceanic "cap" is worthless for hanging lighting. Looks nice but the only thing I see it doing is decreasing surface exchange and adding heat build-up.
I got a 3X96W PC fixture from petsupplyliquidator.com for about $300 with bulbs. It sits on 2 acrylic spacers made by www.houseoffish.com(a local guy) for $15.
