Hitchhiker/snail ID

Tank is about 8 months old and tonight is the first time I've seen this guy while doing flash light patrol. About 2 inches long and flat except for a strip down the middle.

Yes, it's a big flatworm that needs to be siphoned out of your tank. Good job spotting it.
 
So after researching what the crap a polyclad flatworm is, I'm assuming that's what happened to all of the snails in the tank. Had an entire order from reef-cleaners disappear in 2 months time. Since this is the first time seeing it, I wonder what the odds of catching it out in the open again are.

Note to self: from now on if you don't know what it is, catch it first and ID it after.
 
Finally spotted it again and was able to get him with a turkey baster. Too bad they're not reef safe, it's actually beautiful.
