Hair Algae?

My rocks are covered in this fuzzy red and brown stuff. The brown stuff pulls off pretty easily with tweezers but the red variety is really hard to get off. None of it is green so I wasn't sure if it is considered hair algae. I recently added some astrea snails and scarlet hermits and have noticed a decrease in the brown stuff on the overflow. Should I just give them more time to work on the rocks or add more critters? Add something else?

Is there something specific that will eat the red algae?

BTW, my nitrate test came back 0. I don't have a test for phosphates.

Nope...doesnt look like hair to me...But I do have some of that red. Came in on some frags. Um...does it start out like some red wiskers? (please say no)

Looks like Pink Cotton Candy to me.
