Today I noticed my clownfish had a discolored raised patch, with a red center, on close inspection the close center seems to be raised too, it really does look like blood. Here is a picture:

No other symptoms on the clownfish or on the other fish, he is acting normal and eating, no fast respiration, I checked my parameters and they are all pristine. Looked online and the only thing that I could find for discolored patch was brooklynella, but looking at pictures of brooklynela it really does not look like that at all. Any idea what it could be?. Is there any chance something stinged it like a paly or zoa?, or that he just hit himself on a rock?.
