First in wall tank (Need help)

So i have decided after a lot of deliberation and my wife's permission I am going to build a tank in wall in our game room. Attached to the game room is a large long cedar closet that the tank will be in (new fish room). I have a couple initial questions, i am debating wether to go 75 or 90 gallon tank. My issue i run into is that inside the closet the ceiling slopes and i can't have anything deeper than around 18-19 inches.

So here are my first questions:

What size tank?
My ceilings upstairs are 8ft how high up on the wall should the tank sit?

I don't have an in wall, but I have a 115gallon that is 18" deep. How wide can you go? The maintenance is the same for a 75gallon or a 90gallon. I would think your main concern would be if the weight can be handled for being upstairs
