Engineer Goby freaking out.

Tank is a standard 75 gallon with a 40 gallon breeder sump. System is over 3 years old. Engineer Goby is about 3 years old and 10" long. I added a Powder Blue Tang 5 days ago. Yesterday evening I noticed some spots on the Tang's pectoral fins and started dosing Fritz Parashield. I removed carbon, turned off the skimmer, and have delivered three doses of 10ml, 12 hours apart.

A couple hours after this evening's dose, I noticed the Engineer Goby swimming around frantically in the front left corner of the tank for several minutes. He generally stays in and under the rock structure and I never see him swimming in the open.

Temperature is 79, Salinity 1.025, pH 8.3, Alkalinity 9.1 dKH, Ammonia 0.

Anyone seen this happen before and is there anything I should be doing differently? Thanks for any advice.
