Does this coral need shade?

This coral has looked good but isn't getting any growth and little extension. Does it need to be in low light or even shaded?

Don't know what it's called, it's a bright green. Here's the best picture I could get.

Looks like hydnophora to me (aka horn coral)

Some sps take months to settle in and if your tank isn't stable they may never grow

Now that I know what it is, I was able to look it up and read up on it some more. Looks like it actually needs High light and flow. It's in the upper middle of my tank, but it seems like I might need to move it up higher. Thanks for the feedback guys!
