Unfortunately I'm out of it but I got my last tabs as a sample from an eye doctor at the mall (it's a glaucoma treatment).
I called to see but the guy I knew moved to Chicago (lucky pup) and the new guy wasn't real co-operative.
Your vet can prescribe it - or your doctor.
