Confusing Anthia Death

I had a female Lyretail Anthias who seemed to be doing great. She was very active, eating great, awesome color, etc. Monday there was nothing out of the ordinary , I fed the tank, everyone ate as usual , I went to bed. I come home from work on tuesday, and she is laying against a rock folded completely in half, yet still breathing (very fast) She looked like someone had taken her out of the tank , folded her in half breaking her spine, and then tossed her back in the tank. no other signs of damage/ injury

I have NEVER seen anything like this in my 11 years in the hobby. Any help figuring this out will be greatly appreciated .

I had a purple anthia that died unexpectedly also but I don't know if it had the same symptoms cause mine ate dinner, I went to bed then I couldn't find him for days. Then one day I noticed my anemone was looking limp so I checked the power head to see if something was stuck to it and there was a partial fish filet stuck to the side... :-(
