its a 210 mixed reef relatively new tank so not alot of stony corals yet.Ive been using instant ocean calcium booster about a bottle a week.its too expencive to do that every weeek.

Do this test your calcium then test the calcium the following day do not add ca for the after testing see how much your ca went down that will tell you what your ca consumption is.

yesterday my calcium was 440 today 380.

Your calcium demand is actually is high in my opinion. If you want to try ca dosing.

i just got done testing it 2 more times and my readings this time were 420

420 is normal from 440

Google randy Holmes farley reef calculator put 420 and desired amount and product you are using and calculator will tell you how much to mix each day

im going to test again tomorrow 3 times in the afternoon and see where it is at.
