Blue tang not too happy

So I just introduced a baby hippo tang and a cleaner shrimp into my system with two spotted baby cardinals and the hippo tang has gotten out of the corner and is like rubbing up against my coral and rock and just acting crazy... I know it's new for him but is it normal that he's acting like he's got a temper?

Check for stray voltage. There could be something leaking voltage. Mine did that when I had a powerhead that leaked just a small amount. Replaced and hasn't done it since. Worse case could be ich or internal parasite. Also check system for copper. They don't really like copper on them.

I'll wait a day or so and see if he's still being fidgety and aggressive. He's not biting at the other fish but he's all over the rock. Do have a good amount of detritus on it since my cycle ended a few weeks ago
