[This weekend was #### and fun. I moved into a nice 40gal from an 18 gal. Ok.. i didn't use any of the sand from my old tank... cause i thought it would cause an ammo spike. I have all cured live rock in the tank. Is that enough to seed the sand bed or do I really need to use a cup of the old sand to get it started... ????]
