Hey guys and gals, I post on nano-reefs mostly but a member from that board recommended I join this one. It took almost 2 weeks to get my confirmation email that I could post so here is my first post!
I bought a BC14 a month or so ago and have already caught the reef bug! I have to stop myself all the time from going to the fish store or I would be broke right know....
I started with
20 pounds rock
10 pounds live sand
first chamber 50w stealth therm
second chamber Live Rock and Fitler Floss
third chamber Purigen
So far I have
2 peppermint shrimp
1 watchman goby
5 hermit crabs
5 or so snails (Astria sp?)
as far as corals go I have
5 or so purple mushrooms
3 or so green frilly mushrooms
1 small piece of GSP
1 medium Mushroom Leather
3 different types of zoa's (dragoneyes, pink, and mystery one that has not opened yet)
Condylactis passiflora Anemone (on its way, in mail)
Fluorescent Green Ricordea (on way. in mail)
Candy Cane Coral (on way in mail)
I have a few pics but dont have any of the last stuff on the list from the Mushroom leather down. I will post those as soon as I get some good shots in the next few days. The Zoa's I actually got today but they have not opened yet.
