Anyone know what this could be

Today i looked in my tank and i saw a tiny tiny little thing kinda looked like a tinty anemone. Not sure what it is though. It was a orange color slinky tube w very thin white tentacles . It was hanging off a crab shell. The tentacles were grabbing onto the shell and moving just like an anemone. Im just wonderingvif its good or bad.

orange ball anemone harmful but no worries about it ...... until its about 5 -7 inches. it lives w/ OR w/out lighting

I saw a bigger one today . Looked just like a pic i saw of a ball anemone. Was gona rip it out later that day and when i got home it wasnt there anymire!!! Agh!!!
