anyone have a pin out or instruction manual

i am in need of a ballast pin out diagram or instruction manula for a hamilton 3 x 175 watt metal halide ballast. i can get teh fans working on it but not the lights, i am sure it has something to do withthe way i have it wired but my internet search resulsts have yileded nothing nor have my attempts to contact hamiliton been very helpful. please respond ASAP
 
here is a pic of the fixture up and running for the test (i am sure the bulbs are not even warmed up yet.)

yes i know it is longer than my tank, this fixture was bought for me by a lady who owed me some money adn i figured i could cut it down, well now i am having second thoughts about cutting it down and debating on using it or just going ahead and trading it for a T5 HO setup for my 60" long 110 gallon tank
