affordable par30/38 bulb

i have a small 6 gallon jbj nano cube 11 by 13 by 11. i have been looking at different par bulbs and was wondering if anyone knows where a good affordable bulb is. i'm not very familiar with these bulbs so i don't know how many watts etc would be good for my tank. mostly soft coral and maybe some lps. i have been looking at coral compulsions 14w par30 but it's $59. I've seen a lot on eBay but don't know if those are reliable or any good at all. please let me know your input. thanks!
 
I'd find a used one, I've got two but would have to ship. If you can't find a good used one let me know, should be able to get one for $30 or so.
 
Ended up finding an ocreef par38 on ebay new for $29. 6 royal blue, 4 cool white, 2 uv, 3 watt cree leds. Might be a little over kill for my 6 gallon but everything is happy.
