6 Line Wrasse Pregnant? How? Who? When?

My six line wrasse was the first addition to my tank at startup; it was officially the test subject
Since then, I have added other wrasses, Green, Cleaner and Yellow Coris. I have not seen any signs of mated on any of the fish, nor I was expecting since they all are different, but for the last couple of weeks, I noticed the six line belly getting bigger and bigger. At first I thought I was feeding too much or that it had a nice meal with a crab or snail.

Let me know what you think. Thought's on who's the daddy?

Could it just be a parasite growing or intestinal blockage? There are a lot of posts about bloated stomachs on 6 lines out there. Good luck with whatever it may be!
