Here is the story:
I'm in North Dallas. Tank built in 2004. The acrylic tank is circular in the back and designed to hug the staircase.
Typical acrylic tank life is 30 years, so you should have 10 years of good life yet. If you have a staircase it should fit well.
dimensions: 4 ft long, 3 ft tall, and 2.5 ft deep with a semi-circle
I will include the stand pipe, drain pipe and bulkheads
You will need to clean it and buff it.
Tank has NO LEAKS. I tested it once I took it down.
I took it down because I thought it had developed a leak due to damage of the hardwood floors. It was a pump leaking instead.
I have set up a 120G and moved my stuff there so I need it gone to start the repair of the floors.
